Second zone - 23 - 13 floors inclusive (water supply - descendant). Pipelines located under the ceiling of common corridors on the 23th floor.To the bathrooms on the 24th floor of two-level apartments, water is served through the bathrooms 23rd floor.
Round pipes of the second zone are located under the ceiling of common corridors on the 13th floor.
Each apartment for the dilution of hot and cold water from pipes placed in the public corridors, bathrooms and kitchen to the apartments is made of polyethylene pipes in the floors of structures.

Attention to the investors!
1. It is forbidden to dismantle independently the constructive elements of the object, interior and exterior works and change the engineering communications.
2. During the construction process the developer has the right to add/ change elements in the design and technological solutions of the residential building that do not degrade its consumer qualities and do not lead to violation of sanitary norms.
3. The total area of the apartment is approximate; final calculations should be made according to the official data of technical inventory.
